This is particularly easy with our CONTEC TFM-Tidy chain cleaning device. With the help of two roller brushes inside, the chain is thoroughly cleaned from all sides. An additional magnet on the underside collects particles that could otherwise get stuck in your drive components.
All you need for cleaning with the TFM-Tidy is a suitable chain cleaner or degreaser, such as CONTEC Care+ Degrease. Simply pour a little cleaning agent into the open device and place the chain inside. Then carefully turn your pedals backwards so that the chain is pulled through the rotating brushes.
